2019 PIERREPOINT LACEY’S DESSERT PINOT GRIS
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Light, golden yellow with straw reflections
A charming, delicate wine with concentrated notes of crystallised quince and orange blossom aromas. Mild honey fig and caramel notes on the palate with hints of pear and pomegranate, finishing with slight crème brûlée characteristics. Delicious and sweet; serve by itself at any time; as an aperitif of pan-fried foie gras with a fig compote and a light touch of balsamic vinegar or complement desserts such as pastries, fruit tarts or mousse.
